These terms cover use of drainsml.com. The scope, price, timing and warranty for a service call are confirmed in the estimate, work order or invoice provided for that job.

Website information

We work to keep service descriptions accurate, but website content is general information and is not a diagnosis of a specific drain or plumbing condition.

Google Maps content

Customer ratings, reviews, author attribution and profile links displayed through Google Maps Platform remain Google-provided content and are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Google orders the reviews returned by relevance; Drains ML does not manually select the three displayed reviews.

Quotes and appointments

Phone estimates depend on the information provided. The final scope and price must be approved before work begins. Same-day and emergency availability depends on location, call volume, access and site conditions.

Warranties

Any applicable workmanship warranty, exclusions and duration are stated in writing for the individual service. A recurring blockage caused by a damaged or misaligned pipe may require additional repair.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, forms or application system, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious or unrelated files.
